Council is in receipt of a Development Application DA2026/0016 for the construction of a Childcare Facility (Long Daycare) & Associated Site Works located on the corner of Poictiers Street and Russel Street, DENILIQUIN NSW 2710 (Perrin Park) - (Lot 221 DP 1324047)

This development is classified as Regionally Significant Development (RSD) pursuant to Schedule 6 of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Planning Systems) 2021, and the development application will be referred to, and determined by the Western Regional Planning Panel.

Submissions must be made in writing, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, and received by close of business on the specified closing date.
