Council is in receipt of a Development Application DA2025/0056 for internal alterations and redevelopment of the Peppin Heritage Centre (State Heritage Item) for the purpose of a museum and gallery refurbishment at the abovementioned property. The site contains the Peppin Heritage Centre, the Deniliquin Visitor Information Centre and museum, and the ‘Crossing Café’ within the heritage listed building, noting no works are proposed to the Crossing Café component of the building located at 2-14 Napier Street DENILIQUIN NSW 2710 (Part Lot 473 DP 46236)
This development is nominated integrated development and will require an approval from Heritage NSW under the Heritage Act 1977.
Submissions must be made in writing, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, and received by close of business on the specified closing date.
