Draft Delivery Program 2025-2029 Exhibition

The Delivery Program translates the goals from the Community Strategic Plan into clear actions and is the guiding document for all activities undertaken by Council over a four-year period: 2025-2029. It outlines how we will approach the five key themes of the Community Strategic Plan.

The 2025-2029 Delivery Program was adopted last year in June 2025. This year Council has opted to update the Delivery Program to ensure it is flexible enough to align with future Operational Plan development and meet the requirements of the Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) framework under the Local Government Act.

The updated draft Delivery Program retains all Strategic Objectives from the previous version, with Principal Activities reworded to provide greater flexibility. This revised structure supports clearer and more streamlined alignment with future Operational Plans.

The draft Delivery Program must be publicly exhibited for at least 28 days, and submissions received by the Council in that period must be considered, before the final Delivery Program 2025-2029 can be adopted by Council.

The community is encouraged to review this draft program and provide feedback to Council.

The Delivery Program is prepared and aligned to the five key themes of the Community Strategic Plan.
